Cooking Basic Sausage Rolls

Really basic and quick sausage rolls turn out really nice. Give them ago.....

Basic Sausage Rolls

Richmond Sausages
Ready Rolled Puff Pastry

1 Egg 

This is very Basic and anyone can make them, I've made them with the kids at the play school thats how easy they are.
 Warm the oven to gas mark 6

Take a pinch of flour and throw it on the side that you are going to put the ready rolled puff pastry
Undo the pastry and open the sausages
 Cut the pastry the same width as the sausages and 4 inches long
Roll the sausage in the pastry
 Using the egg (whisked) paint it to seal the end
 Repeat until the pastry has gone.

Cut into three's and place on baking tray
 Using the egg, glaze the sausage rolls
 Put in to the oven.
Cook in the oven for 17 minutes
Leave them to cool down.

There you have it, Done!!!!
