Milkybar and Raspberry Cheesecake

I have been wanting to make a Cheesecake for a long time so today I did and my god it tasted amazing, it was so creamy and chocolatey you need to try it to believe it and didn't look to bad either for a first attempt, it was so easy to make too. Now this is how I done it........

Milkybar and Raspberry Cheesecake

300g Hobnobs
100g Butter
300g Milkybar
284ml Double Cream
250g Mascarpone
300g Soft Cheese
200g Raspberries

Crush the Hobnobs into a tall mixing bowl, I used the end of a rolling pin.

Melt the Butter in a pan and add the hobnobs, and stir until the all the crumbs are coating in butter

Transfer them to a round 20 cm sprung Tin and compress them into the bottom, and put in to the fridge to cool

Gently melt the chocolate

Mix together into a mixing bowl, the Soft cheese, Double Cream, and Mascapone until all the ingredients are mixed, then add the melted chocolate by folding it in.

You now need to put a third of  the raspberries on the hobnob base, and then add a third of the creamy mixture, and repeat, leaving a few raspberries to decorate the top of the Cheesecake.

This is the worse bit, Leave in fridge for at least 6 hours or even better over night, and then carefully take out of the tin, and enjoy the lovely Cheesecake.

There you have it, Done!!!
